Installation Methods:

Isocheck Reverb Eco panels can be installed using various methods depending on the application and performance requirements. All installation should be carried out by qualified installers following manufacturer guidelines.

Direct Mount Installation:

Clean and prepare substrate ensuring it is dry, flat, and dust-free
Use low-VOC adhesive suitable for natural fiber cores
Apply adhesive evenly to both panel and substrate
Allow recommended tack time before positioning
Press firmly ensuring full contact across entire panel

Mechanical Fixing:

Pre-drill panels to avoid core damage
Use appropriate fixings for substrate type
Ensure fixings do not compromise acoustic performance
Consider thermal bridging in external wall applications

Suspended Installation:

Use certified suspension systems appropriate for panel weight
Maintain minimum 25mm air gap for enhanced performance
Ensure adequate fixing points for structural stability
Consider access requirements for future maintenance

Cutting and Modification:

Panels can be cut to size using sharp utility knife or fine-toothed saw. Ensure clean cuts to maintain appearance and performance. Any exposed edges should be sealed with appropriate edge banding.

Health and Safety:

Standard PPE should be worn during installation. Ensure adequate ventilation during adhesive application. Panels are non-hazardous but normal dust precautions should be observed when cutting.
